FAVES ALL WIN IN ROUTS!
ALADDIN COACH JAFAR UNDER FIRE!
A fairly boring day yesterday here in Disney March Madness, as a quick check of the scoreboard shows all of the day #4 favorites cruising to easy blowout victories:
While all of the matches were early runaways, none stood out more than the 171-8 pasting that #5 Aladdin laid on #12 Tinker Bell. The team’s head coach, Jafar, has come under heavy criticism for his handling of the game. Taking a page out of UConn coach Geno Auriemma’s book, Coach Jafar continued to play his starters well into the 4th quarter in order to run up the score, only pulling them after the school’s Sultan, er, I mean, Dean, stormed down to the court to angrily confront him.
Hopefully today’s match-ups bring a little more sporstmanship! Remember people, you’re supposed to be setting an example for the kids!
